Users: Surveyors

Land surveyors perform many type of surveys. Some surveys require that the owner name, address and deed reference be shown for every parcel adjoining the parcel being surveyed. Surveyors sometimes must work from sketchy information about a piece of property. It can be useful to learn how the land being surveyed, and all the land surrounding it, has been mapped for tax purposes. Availability of this information in the office frees the surveyor from court house research so his valuable time can be spent in the field or at the drawing board.

Surveyors use our service to determine:

  • Property Ownership
  • Deed reference
  • How many acres?
  • How does a particular parcel fit with other parcels in the area?
  • Lot dimensions?
  • What is the legal description?
