dbTech Merges with HiWayy Internet Services

We are so pleased to announce that dbtech has merged with HiWAAY Internet
Services, effective immediately. Our desire to provide newer, faster
services to our customers with the same level of personal service that
you are accustomed to, led us to partner with HiWAAY. This partnership
makes it possible for dbtech to offer additional services to our customers
while maintaining the quality of personal support and service that has
always been a hallmark of dbtech.

dbtech started offering Internet services in 1994 and HiWAAY in 1995.
During those years, we had always been aware that HiWAAY's dedication
to personalized, high-quality service was similar to our own.

HiWAAY has offices in Huntsville and Birmingham (and now in Tuscaloosa)
and provides Internet access, as well as other residential and business
services, in the state of Alabama. The Tuscaloosa staff and office
location will remain the same and the dbtech name will still be
used and visible in the Tuscaloosa and surrounding markets.

HiWAAY's network is triple redundant and reliable and will provide
additional, faster Internet backbones for dbtech customers as a result
of the partnership. HiWAAY also has secure co-location facilities in different
locations for business servers.

We hope that you will be as excited as we are about this partnership.

continue to have service provided by local people; AND you will have
