Big Rib Rack
These racks hold eight slabs of brontosaurus ribs. They have a grid on the botton so the full rack can be picked up and moved about.
They're made of 3/8", 5/16", and 1/4" cold-rolled mild steel; they'll never bend or warp. Mild steel will rust, but it's far less expensive, and easier to work than stainless.
Here's something I'm really proud of: the three racks stack in
the dishwasher for cleaning. When they come out, they're totally
degreased. A little rubbing with a scrubby pad knocks off the
loose stuff, then I spray 'em lightly with vegetable oil to
prevent rust.
