Little Rib Rack
This rack holds six slabs of spare ribs. The bottom is open, so rack has to sit on a grill. I have a narrower rack that holds four slabs; chicken can sit on each side of the rack. I can hang slabs from a bar grid underneath this one, and in this configuration, the Magnum can cook 19 slabs of spares.
It's made of 3/16" and 1/4" cold-rolled mild steel; lightweight for easy transport. Mild steel will rust, but it's far less expensive, and easier to work than stainless.
