I found Otis when he was with a pack of dogs chasing a goat near db Technology,
but he wasn't participating in the chase, just running around having a grand old time.
After a brief stint at the Animal Shelter to see if anyone claimed him, he came home to
live with me, promptly destroyed my house, and escaped repeatedly.
But he's settled down now, and thinks he's people.
